The move for e-Prescribing is definitely picking up momentum. What is needed though is a channeled solution. All efforts are good, but my own personal feelings indicate there 
are way too many choices, way too much information and thus when the end user gets confused, then nothing gets done. CVS Caremark has their own plan in the works with it’s web based iScribe plan coming out soon. If you are confused and want a simple solution to start, check out the NEPSI solution, doesn’t cost a penny and it’s a good place to start, without or without an EHR solution.
