New Bird Flu Study Shows Virus's Pandemic Potential
(WSJ): A paper on genetically altered H5N1 virus in Science is one of two controversial experiments whose planned publication sparked fears it would give terrorists a blueprint for making a biological weapon.
Health Insurance Rebates Seen Totaling $1.1 Billion
(WSJ): If the health law goes forward, about 12.8 million people are likely to get refunds as part of a provision in the law requiring companies to spend a set proportion of the money they get from insurance premiums on health care or refund the difference.
