Our team has been working with Dr. Oz over the past year to support his free 15-Minute Physicals provided to patients around the county. Our partnership will be featured on an upcoming Dr. Oz episode on December 13. Tune in on your local station—and read...

This is not syndicating the program, it is having a doctor in the same format talk show like Dr. Oz so China will have a Chinese Dr. Oz. The show’s format has been packaged in a model that should fit in any society the article states. Dr. Oz stated he met the Russian Dr. Oz even before his show...

I talk a lot about our serious lack of role models today, not only in healthcare but in other areas of government and Dr. Oz certainly stands to defy what we get a daily dose of with the usual attitude and paradigm of “its for those guys over there’ . He just recently turned 50 and went in for...

The Dr. Oz show is always full of good information we can use anywhere and this show will get personal and upfront with physicians who have battled cancer themselves. Might be one to tune in and watch. Dr. Oz Visits Jimmy Kimmel and Discusses Nutrition, Obesity, Size and Gives a Few Impromptu Exams...

With the focus on both education and healthy eating and exercise habits this program makes sense. The non profit organization was actually started by Dr. Oz back in 2007 and I just became aware, and that is probably due to the fact that I watch very little television but I am on the internet quite...

I don’t know if this would fall into being one of her “favorite things” show, but it is important and who better than Oprah to spread the word and capture a large audience. I watch Oprah too, so she had the audience. On her website I also noticed a Diabetes Support Board, one of many discussion...

This is interesting how Dr. Oz walks us through how the process works. The volunteer from the audience is a patient who had a stent put in place and talks about the bit of pain in her chest that she experienced when the balloon was put in place, she said it felt like she was having another...

Not too long ago I posted about Dr. Oz taking a visit to Wake Forest where most of this is taking place and now this Sunday 60 Minutes will be providing an update. I have included the trailer for the show below. Dr. Oz Visits a regenerative medicine lab in Wake Forest Dr. Oz talked about...

Dr. Oz makes a good point here in the fact that he disagrees with doctors not advising patients to conduct their own self exam and I agree with that as well, after all you know your body more than anyone else. He thinks the debate will continue and states we are looking at exposure and diagnosis...

In this interview and video, Dr. Oz puts some faces to what we hear in the news, and reflects back on his free healthcare day in Houston from a few weeks ago. He states to be sure and look up centers that have physicians and others who donate their time if you need help and not to go without. ...

I happen to follow Dr. Oz on Twitter too and the first day out of the barrel he posted they had “server” issues, why, I am guessing overload. That was only short-lived and everything is up and going. Why do we like Dr. Oz? I think because he is real and brings some very complicated...

The website is up and going, complete with a link to follow on Twitter. What makes Dr. Oz unique I think is passion. When someone has passion for what they do, it shows, and if you have ever seen him on Oprah, well one show is all it takes to see that. I have quite a few of his videos...

He states that true healthcare reform does not happen in Washington, instead it begins at home. He says the solution is for himself or others to make it almost impossible “not” to do healthy things. He states we over eat because we have made it “easy” to over eat. I agree but we still...

This is a good move on their part as well with the lawsuit as sites are just grabbing names and using Dr. Oz as an open endorsement. What is even stranger is that the endorsements from reporters have been fabricated too, in other words the reporters who are listed as journalists do not exist either...

He talks about becoming a “smart patient” and how little impact regulations are having. He reiterates much of what I have said here too about being the informed patient. A somewhat comical example, asking someone if they have had a colonoscopy, duh, do you remember? Do you remember...
