CanadianEMR ratings site was launched in the spring of 2008. The site has various EMRs rated by physicians who are verified to use the systems. There is also a blog with lots of articles and information.
Yes, many of the EMRs are strictly Canadian but 3-4 of them also sell in the USA (some under other names).
