I'm Bryan McFarland of Integrated Health Care Solutions. I hope it's okay to mention us on this forum. If not, I understand. We have developed an EMR product known as PrognoSYS and another product named DiagnoSYS, which is for the mental health industry.
PrognoSYS is a reasonably priced, web-based EMR that can store data in a remote data center or at the customer site. It handles all the usual EMR tasks including patient scheduling, real-time drug interaction, and e-prescriptions, but it also has practice management/billing as a component. PrognoSYS is building a strong customer base, and DiagnoSYS is, as well, particularly at state mental health regions. One of the features that we value highly in our products is customer support, which we believe is lacking in the many industries including the EMR industry.

You'll have to change your name for sure.
I think most Trademarked Name disputes are bogus, but I would be unhappy if I were PrognoCIS in this case.

PrognoCIS is not a new EMR, you obviously didnt do your homework when picking the name.
If you think Nike would have a case against a company Nyke (pronounced the same), you'd be best to change your EMR's name.

Thank you for the comments. I apologize, but the full name of our EMR product is "IHCS-PrognoSYS." And, that name is trademarked by Integrated Health Care Solutions. We just say "PrognoSYS" as a quick way to mention our product in discussions.
I hope others will not see this as a distraction. Instead, I hope that anyone that is interested in a very reasonably priced EMR with a large array of features that is capable of competing against any other EMR package on the market will give us a chance to demonstrate it. We believe that IHCS-PrognoSYS is one of the few EMRs that is finally priced within reason for many providers not only in large metropolitian areas but also small, rural areas.
We feel that all providers, no matter what the size their practice is, should have the ability to purchase a high-quality EMR system with the latest technology and with a customer support system that has a real voice answering the call and not several menus to select from. That's what IHCS is all about. Again, give us a chance to prove it to you. We would love to have your business.

FYI, the point of the post is you need some screenshots on your website. Why would anyone want to go through the trouble of looking at your product without so much as a glimpse of what it looks like.
BTY, if you want to copy the name of another product you might want to pick one that is a little more well known.
I would suggest "e-ClinicalWerks" or "IHCS-e-ClinicalWerks".

Hey Gleeman, can you call your old PrognoCIS buddies and tell them about the new EMR that is pronounced identically to Bizmatic's EMR (prg-nss).
Prediction: "The prognosis of PrognoSYS is guarded", said PrognoCIS.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Flattery it might be, but the courts might decide it is an infringement of a registered trademark.
I'm not going to get into these arguments. But, to anyone that is not a vendor and who is interested in seeing our product, please let me know. Thanks.
