We are getting ready to build the 64 bit functionality into eMedRec, do you find it performs better? For those that have purchased 64 bit vista computers has this proven to be a good decision or a headache?
"What software that you've recently bought will be able to use the quad core?"
EVERYTHING else has worked just fine. I don't know how it compares to a dual core but I was really cranking up all the cores yesterday when I was reindexing Google Desktop Search and doing some Photoshop at the same time. Not to mention the ever present antivirus and a zillion other processes.
So ... I'm checking back because I still can't get my DNS Medical 10 to run on Windows 7 64 bit.
Any suggestions?
It sounds like you might be using Ver. 10.0 or 10.0 with SP1 rather than the latest version of DNS Medical which is 10.1. Only Ver. 10.1 is Windows 64-bit compatible. The good news is that this is a free upgrade. If you would like to send us an e-mail at mailto:Support@KnowBrainer.com requesting a download for a full copy of Medical 10.1 we will send you a direct link. Just use your current Ver. 10.0 serial number to install.
