CEOM you trash most EMRs and make good points doing so.
The only difference between Osler and you is he includes your EMR in the trashing.
My EMR is: Synapse It is what we know already that often prevents us from learning. Pioneers are the ones with the arrows in their backs.
but anyway we are just like Americans, kind of like another California only colder, much colder - really I mean much, much colder.
