MEDISOFT - running a report for patients with ALL diagnoses in transaction (charge) screen

Hi,

In Medisoft 16 Advanced, there is a report called Patients by Primary Diagnosis which allows me to run a report for all patients with a specific code in Diagnosis 1 column (primary diagnosis).

Is there a way for me to run a report that would let me search for all diagnoses columns (i.e. Dx1, Dx2, Dx3, or DX4)

For example, if I need to search for all patients that have diabetes (let's say 250.00), unless this dx is entered in the 1st dx column in the charge screen, this patient will NOT come up in the results of the report.
