Physicians and College Health Centers, who does your billing?

Do you do billing in house or do you outsource? Nuesoft recently announced Nuetopia Medical Billing Services and have seen a great response but I was curious about how physicians on here felt about another company doing their billing. Nuesoft has also just released a podcast on college health insurance billing and I know that many colleges don't do any billing at all. This forum is mostly for physicians but I was wondering if there were any college health center people out there that could talk about why they do or don't do insurance billing.
