Just wondering what algorithm people are using to bridge from Medisoft to the EMR.
I'm looking at all the updated records, and if there is a match on dob and surname, I update the record.
But this means that if the dob or surname is changed, then the record is not updated.
I could use the Medisoft id instead ....

That would probably work better!

The Best is Yet to Come
I have a number of medical clients using Medisoft that have difficulty exporting their data to excel.
Any Suggestions?

Names, addresses, balances, date of last payment or service
And what is the exact difficulty being experienced?
Was it working for them before and now it doesn't?
Or, they are trying to do it from scratch?
If you use the Print Grid feature of the Patient List, there is an option to export to .CSV which Excel can open.
