Has anyone Used Kareo - ASP Based PM & Billing Software?

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone Used Kareo - ASP Based PM & Billing SW? Their monthly pricing is very reasonable. However I do have a concern about their customer service? How good is their customer support?

I their any PM & Billing SW ASP or Client Server based that is as affordable as Kareo in the market?

Please let me know if you know of any Client Server or ASP based PM& Billing software that are very afforadable.

Hi there Tim, in reply to your question, I currently work with Kareo as my billing software with also an integrated EMR system, I have had NO problems with Kareo, in actuality it's been the best system I've ever used as a billing software. Their customer support team has been extremely helpful, not only that but every time I've ever called them they've been able to answer my questions immediatly over the phone.

I'm a billing manager at a physical therapy office in Laguna HIlls, Ca and if you are looking for an affordable, reliable, clean billing software YOU FOUND IT~!

I say to you Tim, GO FOR IT! This system will make your life much easier! Good luck to you!

We have been using Kareo for a year now and couldn’t be happier. Their product is fantastic, the features have made my life easier, and their proven commitment to their customers keeps me excited! Kareo is extremely cost-effective even though they have features that would cost extra elsewhere. Even though the cost-effectiveness excites me, the primary reason I am so committed to their product is the ease of use. The variety of reports, clearinghouse reports, ERAs, and ability to track denials and rejections has made us a better, more productive company.  I have the ability to run any number of reports for our clients which allows me to see exactly what is happening in each practice. With a click of a button I can see AR, charges, payments, so many other reports that help me check the pulse of my practices. Over the past year, Kareo has come out with new releases and better features. I’m always excited to see what they have coming next! I can tell you from experience that their support team has grown and improved, and whenever we have trouble they respond quickly to our needs. I’ve said it before and will say it again…I believe in their product and am so happy we made the change.Yes
