Amazing Charts seems to do very well - the things it does. I am concerned - unless I completely missed something - that there is no way to enter a copay or any other payment. You must use a billing software or office management software in addition. Compatibility may be a problem. If you use Amazing Charts own billing service, they will be collecting copays, sending statements, and taking 4% of ALL INCOMING REVENUE. Did I miss something when I studied their pages.

My company is currently offer a 5% on collected funds from now until feb 1st. My suggestion when buying software is keep it simple for someone else to use so, you don't have to do a lot of training and also, a company thats been around a while so, you don't have to worry about your software becoming obsolete no time soon.

Amazing Charts uses Access as the database. Access is not designed for large databases and the result will be terrible performance as more and more records are added, corruptions of the database (key violations) and generally unsatisfactory performance. Similar comments on Access databases used for this purpose have been posted by consultants. Don't be misled, you get what you pay for.

Yes MTBC is doing too good with billing, try using MTBC's EHR with that, it will even help your cause and above that it will help you get meaningful bonus like their other 80% clients.
