  • Iphone app for hospital superbill

    has anyone used any iphone app for updating hospital superbill in realtime... like scan the patient barcode from the chart and mark the level of service on the visit and have it emailed to the office or billing company in encrypted form to meet HIPAA requirement... thank you for your help in advance...

    In residency, one of our pediatric patients did exactly that when asked to demonstrate how he used the inhaler. As ridiculous as it sounds, his pediatric pulmonary visit that day ended with an excellent teaching experience (all around) and no further admissions for months (at least). I like to show this...

  • Drug Pronunciations application?

    We were just doing some research and wanted to know how useful you guys would find a Drug Pronunciations application? Most likely as a pharmacist you'd already know all the pronunciations but we were hoping it might be helpful for interns, techs, nurses or even first year students?
