OS EMR's

According to a comment on a PatientOS thread your are not impressed with the quality of OS EMR's. I was asked to look into OpenEMR, is it your opinion that this emr is unusable for a three provider office? And, what is your opinion of PatientOS?

Dear Dr. Murdoch,

I am very interested and would love to be involved in the Asterisk PBX medical system that you had metnioned in one of the emr update forums.

Actually I came to know a little about the open source Asterisk when I was trying to implement IPCOP which is a open source firewall Linux based system.

It would be nice to know if something could be implemented and integrated into the EMR/PM system.

We are currently using ringcentral as our PBX provider however if Asterisk can do the same job or better that would be wonderful.
