Thanks for letting us all know about this. All of our physician practices are being impacted financially at this time with Medicare. Years ago the customer service was not great probably due to growing pains and becoming so popular. Kareo is a great produc and I have recommended it to many practices.

I would not move forward until all 3 physcians were all 100% ready. You have to be really careful and may want to tell them that because they are not in agreement that you do not feel comfortable moving forward. GO on to the next customer implemetation. In the world of EMR - when in doubt DONT! They are NOT READY!
