Hello all,

I'm currently working on a business idea to start an IT application hosting to support running EHR and PM applications for small to medium sized practices that do not want to worry about the IT headache of an EHR.

Does anyone out there use hosted EHR's? Can you tell me what you like and don't like about them, or the hosting company? I want to build a company that takes pride in the level of support we offer our customers. Also what EHR applications are you paying for hosting?

I work for a med-mal insurance company, and I want to create this company as a subsidiary to the parent company and offer discounts on service if you have professional liability coverage with us. Is that an offering that would appeal to you all?

If you do pay for hosting, can you share how much you pay per month and what it covers? As I have been building my budget, this operation is going to be quite costly, and I want to make sure I can be competitive.

Any insight, thoughts, questions, suggestions would be great!
